Welcome to INT Services. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Engagement
INT Services provides software development, cloud infrastructure, and IT consulting. Each project engagement is governed by a specific Statement of Work (SOW) that outlines deliverables and timelines.
2. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in a written contract, INT Services retains ownership of any pre-existing code or frameworks used. Upon full payment, the client is granted ownership or licensing rights to the specific custom code developed for them.
3. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate project requirements and timely feedback. Delays in feedback may result in extended timelines as per the project agreement.
4. Limitation of Liability
INT Services shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use of software products once they have been signed off by the client during the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) phase.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of our jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of our registered headquarters.
Refund & Cancellation Policy

At INT Services, we work on a milestone-based delivery model. Our goal is to ensure client satisfaction at every stage of the project.
1. Milestone Payments
Payments are tied to specific project milestones (e.g., Design Sign-off, MVP Launch). Once a milestone is delivered and approved by the client, the payment for that milestone is non-refundable.
2. Project Cancellation
Clients may cancel a project at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Work completed up to the date of cancellation will be invoiced.
- The client will receive all deliverables and code assets paid for up to that point.
- Deposit amounts are non-refundable to cover initial resource allocation costs.
3. Service Subscriptions
For ongoing maintenance or cloud support subscriptions, cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the next billing cycle. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial months.
4. Dispute Resolution
If you are unhappy with a specific deliverable, please contact your project manager within 7 days. We will strive to fix any issues as part of our quality guarantee before proceeding to the next phase.
